Korus Contracts offer a complete construction service and we employ a team of highly skilled tradesmen covering the disciplines of joinery, brick laying, electrical work and plumbing. We also have full time labourers.

When a project requires roofers, tilers, flooring, glaziers or painters, Korus Contracts have a pool of sub contractors on which to call.

Like our own employees, these are all skilled tradesmen in whom we have total confidence.

At Korus Contracts we have experience of working in the corporate, commercial and residential sectors. Projects we undertake for clients fall into the following categories.

Refurbishment and Renovation
Complete refurbishment or partial renovation, Korus Contracts have a wealth of experience and a reputation for efficiency and quality workmanship. No job is too big or too small. We have worked on projects for as little as two thousand pounds and at the other end of the scale regularly tackle projects of more than two million pounds.

In some instances the property will not be occupied while work is undertaken.

Alterations
Alterations can vary from fitting a lowered suspended ceiling to a total change of use for premises. At Korus Contracts we have converted town houses into flats and even office blocks into luxury flats. If, however, you simply want that ceiling lowered we will be equally happy to oblige.

Commercial Fittings
We are often asked to undertake this type of work for clients, especially it seems, when they are moving into new premises and perhaps want to change the layout of the floor space available. Whether it is the erection of partitions to create separate offices, the removal of walls to support an open plan policy or the relocation of services for better space interpretation we are certain that we can help.

New Build
At Korus Contracts we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver exactly what is required. When it comes to new build we work closely with architects and owners to ensure that the final product is exactly as envisaged.
